softphone_not_registered

HTTP 409Not retryable

The acting user's browser softphone is not connected, so the call cannot be placed without computer audio.

How to resolve

  • Sign in to Statxt as the API key's user in a browser and keep the tab open; calls placed through the API ring that browser.
  • Retry the call once Statxt is open; the original Idempotency-Key may be reused.
