When a Statxt number should be rotated
Telephony shows only the numbers assigned to you. Rotate number swaps a line once its 30-day health is below 7.0, and the new number keeps the campaign.
Every Statxt number is assigned to one person. Telephony, Phone Numbers lists yours, not your teammates'. Search by number, name, or campaign. The bar at the top counts your lines and your messages from the last 7 days.
Each card shows status, such as active or pending, and chips for what the line can do: SMS, MMS, and VOICE. Sent and Received are the traffic on that line. Rename is worth doing. "Main line" or "Spring promos" is easier to pick later than a raw number.
Health is a 30-day score, not a vibe
Manage on a card opens number health: a 7-day score and a 30-day score. Hover them for delivery and opt-out rates. Campaign usage shows today's segments against the campaign's daily cap, and this number's share of that. Recent Activity lists the latest texts and calls. Not every line shows scores or a rotate option.
Rotate number, under Replace this number, stays off until the line has 30 days of message history and the 30-day score is below 7.0. At 7.0 or higher it stays off. Statxt looks for a replacement in the same area code and swaps it in. If nothing is available, you search a different 3-digit area code and choose Use this number. Rotations are limited per workspace. Hit the limit and you will see that message instead of a new line.
After the swap, the new number is assigned to you and attached to the same campaign. The old number is retired and drops off your list. The new one cannot be rotated again for 30 days, so a bad message on the new line is not something you can immediately spin away from.
New people do not self-serve a line
Statxt assigns numbers. To get one for yourself or a teammate, use the support chat and say who it is for and which area code you want. It then shows up on that person's Telephony page. Round-robin and anything else that sends from a member's line needs each of those members to have an active number first.
Remove from my account takes the number off your list. It does not cancel the line, and you will need support to get it back. If you need calls, look for the VOICE chip before you promise a teammate that forwarding will work.
