Sheets for the list, STATXE for the other inbox
Integrations connects Google so you can import a spreadsheet, and STATXE so contacts can move between the two products. The import itself still happens in Contacts.
Settings, Integrations is three cards: Connect to STATXE, STATXE to Statxt, and Google Sheets. The badge on each card is the only status that matters. API keys and webhooks are not here. Those live under Settings, Developers.
Google can read the sheet. It cannot edit it
Connect Google asks for read-only access to Sheets and Drive, then returns you to Statxt. The card shows Connected and which Google account you used. Each Google account links to one Statxt user. Disconnect removes it.
Pull spreadsheets loads recent files. Save the one you use for lists. Search by name if the list is long. That saved file is the default later, and you can still pick another at import time.
The import still happens at Contacts, Import. With Google connected, a Sheets section appears above the file upload so you can load one tab. Column mapping, the phone column, and the duplicate and DNC skips are the Import Contacts guide. If you are not connected, that section links back to Integrations.
STATXE is two directions, and they are not the same card
Connect to STATXE is your own STATXE account. Paste the key from the STATXE dashboard. Keys start with stx_. Pull domains, choose a verified sending domain, and save it. Auto-sync new contacts to STATXE pushes contacts you own that have an email address, and only ones added after you turn it on. It does not copy the old list. Contacts that came from STATXE are not pushed back. Remove unlinks the account.
STATXE to Statxt is the platform key STATXE uses to call Statxt. Only owners and admins manage it. Pick the acting user. STATXE's requests run as that person and can only use numbers assigned to them, so the choice decides which line the traffic can leave from. Create key shows the secret once. Keys expire after 180 days. Regenerate key replaces the old one immediately. Revoke key stops access. The card lists the endpoint URLs to paste into STATXE, and it shows the expiry so you can rotate before the key dies.
The click-by-click version lives in the Integrations guide.
Walk through it in the product
The guides cover these same workflows step by step, with the screens you will actually use.
