Rewrite the angle, then polish the sentence

Text Blaster has two AI helpers on the Message header, next to AB and Use template. They are not the same job. AI Suggest gives you other versions. Polish rewrites the draft that is already in the box and tries to keep the opener, the topic, and the call to action.

Polish does nothing until there is text. With A/B test on, both tools use the variant you last clicked. Owners and admins see the same composer, including these buttons, when they set up a round-robin blast.

Tell it the industry before you generate

AI Suggest opens AI Compliant Suggestions. Brand or name override and Industry override are optional. Blank means your account details. A narrow industry, "residential HVAC" or "pet grooming", produces more specific wording than "services". Tone is Professional, Friendly, Casual, or Sales. Target shows whether you are editing the message or Variant A or B.

On Rewrite Message, check the current text and click Generate compliant rewrites. You get a few alternatives, each with a title, an editable box, and a short note on why it works. Apply drops that version into the campaign and closes the dialog. Save stores it as a template. The Message Templates guide is where that saved copy lives, and how it differs from a personal quick reply. Edits you make to the "current message" also update the draft in Text Blaster, so the dialog is not a sandbox.

If the set is wrong, generate again. Statxt asks what you did not like, in a sentence if you can manage it, then writes options that differ from the ones you passed on. Previous and Next flip through sets kept for about ten minutes. Delete cached set clears the one you are looking at. Recent feedback is remembered on your account and leans later suggestions toward that preference.

Frameworks are for the blank box

Build Frameworks does not need a draft. Generate framework templates builds messages from the brand, industry, and tone, with notes on why a line works, words to lean on, and words to avoid. Apply Template or Save works the same way.

Read it like any other text

The model is told to leave merge fields such as {first_name} untouched, and suggestions are supposed to name the sender with {brand_name} or {sender_name}. Check both. A longer rewrite can cross into another segment. The live compliance highlight and the check at send still run on AI text. A practical test is to put your own draft in Variant A and an AI version in Variant B, then let replies decide.
