One message, split across the team's numbers
A round-robin blast sends the same copy from each teammate's own line. Replies stay with the person who sent them, unless you ask for a copy.
A single Text Blaster send leaves from one line. A round-robin blast is the version that spreads the same message across the team's numbers. Owners and admins set it up from Campaigns, Round-Robin. Members do not create the blast. They send from their assigned number and handle the replies that come back to it.
One pool, then buckets
New round-robin opens a wizard. The first time through, it will offer a short tour. Name the blast, then pick one or more groups. Statxt merges them, drops duplicates, and removes DNC and opted-out contacts. The pool caps at 10,000. If you are over, remove a group. Optional contact tags are applied only to people whose message was accepted, which is how you find this blast later in Contacts or Messages.
Write the text once. Every member sends that copy, so leave a single rep's name out of it. Replies already route to the person who sent them. Merge fields, the segment counter, and opt-out language work as they do in any blast.
Only people with a number can take a share
Choose the teammates. Anyone without an eligible active number cannot be selected, which is a practical reason to request a line for a new teammate before you build the blast. Email selected members tells them to watch the inbox. More members means smaller buckets.
Even split divides contacts as equally as it can. Random shuffles the pool first so the same people do not always land with the same reps. Member + admin copies every reply into your inbox. Member only leaves replies on each member's line. You can still Import a member's replies later from the blast detail page.
Launch is a confirmation, not the first click
Send now, or schedule at least five minutes ahead. The confirmation shows the final contact count and how many members are sending. Nothing goes out until Launch blast or Schedule blast. The detail page then shows delivered, failed, and skipped counts per member. Pause or cancel while it is scheduled or still sending. Texts that already went out stay sent. Open a reply and you can see which blast and which member it came from.
The click-by-click version lives in the Round-Robin Blasts guide.

The guides cover these same workflows step by step, with the screens you will actually use.
