Delivered is not the same as replied
Campaign details count recipients, segments, failures, skips, and STOP replies. Reports then list every failure or every reply, including people who got the text and said nothing.
All Campaigns is the list. Click a sent campaign and Campaign Details opens beside it. Filter the list by Sending, Completed, Paused, Failed, or Cancelled, or search by name. Drafts are not in this list. The Delivered column is the delivery rate. Close hides the panel.
Segments can outnumber people
Recipients is who you targeted. Delivered and Sent Segments count segments, not messages. A text that split into two segments counts twice, which is why delivered can be higher than the recipient count. STOP replies is contacts who opted out, shown as a share of delivered. The delivery breakdown splits messages into Delivered, Sent, Failed, Skipped, and Pending, and Cost is the outbound spend.
Failed means the text was attempted and did not get through. Skipped means Statxt never sent it, often because a safety check filtered the person out. Download skipped CSV lists every skipped number and the reason. Recent Activity shows the latest recipients, their status, and any error. On an A/B campaign, each row also shows the variant.
Replies are a list you can act on
Sentiment labels replies Positive, Neutral, or Negative after you click Run analysis. Coverage shows how many replies have a label. Run it again when more replies arrive. The labels are automated and can be wrong, so read them before you build an audience from them. Pick positive or negative replies, choose a group or type a new name, and Add to group. If the campaign used tracking links, clicks and CTR are on this same panel.
For the full failure list, Reports, Campaign Failures, pick the campaign, and Run report. You get messages sent, failed recipients, the top error, and a table of phone, status, carrier or processing error, and when it was processed. Fifty rows per page.
Campaign Replies is the other cut: delivery status, reply count, and last reply time. Filter to All recipients, Replied, Delivered no reply, or Failed outbound. Delivered, no reply is the follow-up list. A jump in STOP replies is a reason to look at the message, the timing, or the audience before you send the next one.
Owners and admins see reports for the workspace. Other roles see the campaigns and messages they sent themselves.
The click-by-click version lives in the Campaign Reports guide.
